Emma Turid Williamson is a visual artist who explores the uncontrollable. Through the interplay of movement, light, color, and pattern, she inhabits a liminal space via the camera lens, where these visual forces converge to shape new realities.

Williamson creates visual environments that invite the viewer to pause, breathe, and step inward into a space for contemplation.

The relationship between the elements fire, water, earth, air and ether is a central influence throughout the creative process. For Williamson, the photographs take on a physical and spiritual veiling, becoming another step in the exploration.
